Update: 1/25/2015

Redeeming Life Church family,

We'll be looking at Romans 6:15-23 this Sunday and we'd like to encourage you to invite a friend.  In addition, we'd like to share some other information so you know what's going on.

Evangelism Conference – There is a free evangelism conference in Layton Friday afternoon (2/6) and Saturday morning (2/7). Some of our staff is attending and we’d love to have you join us.  If you’re interested, please let Pastor Bryan know.  You can find more information and the registration link here.

Children’s Ministry – We are extremely thankful for our volunteers helping on our children’s ministry. But we need more volunteers on our rotation to be in with the kids to help teach Jesus and be a part of forming a Christ-centered foundation for the next generation. If you’re interested, please contact Nicole Ricley at Nicole@RedeemingLifeUtah.org.  In addition, Nicole has volunteered to coordinate our rotation schedule and I'm extremely thankful.  She and Brett will help you with the schedule, curriculum, and anything else you need when you faithfully serve in our children's ministry.  (Thanks for your willingness and faithful service Nicole!)

Super Bowl Sunday – The Super Bowl will be on February 1st. If you are invited to a party with people who don’t have a personal relationship with Jesus, we’d like you to attend that party rather than being at our church service. We’ll still have a service but we we’ll take a break from our Romans series so you won’t miss that.  We don't think the Super Bowl is more important than worshiping God with the body, but we know a relationship with Jesus trumps the Super Bowl and we want you to have opportunities to invite others into that relationship.

Pray for Opportunities -- Please be praying that our church body has many opportunities to share the gospel with lost people. We also want to help believers grow into full maturity and reflect Christ's likeness.  Remember, we need to talk with God about people before we try to talk with people about God.  Let's be praying.

See you Sunday!
