Announcement of Ministries 4/7/2024
PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. We’ll be singing How Great Thou Art, Jesus Is Our Righteousness, How Deep the Father’s Love For Us, and Grace Greater Than Our Sin. We will also be kicking off a new sermon series on “The Commands of Christ” as Pastor Josiah delivers a message centered on Matthew 4:17 and we will also respond to the preached word by partaking in the Lord’s Supper together.
SENIOR LUNCHEON | The next Senior Luncheon is scheduled for Monday, April 8th, at 11:30am in the Fellowship Hall. Grab a friend and join us for a time of fellowship and fun. Please RSVP on Realm or sign up in the lobby so we have an accurate count for lunch. See you there.
FAMILY MEETING | Our next family meeting is right after our morning worship service on April 21st. We will be presenting new members, sharing those who are no longer in membership, a quick financial update, and other church business.
ONLINE GIVING | If you would like to worship through faithful giving and give online, log into your Realm account and select the giving tab. If you’re not a Realm user, you may visit https://onrealm.org/rlc/give/now. We appreciate your faithful giving and we hope you might consider setting up a reoccurring giving schedule.
SECURITY TEAM | Interested in joining the Redeeming Life Security Team? Members of this team serve as parking lot greeters, watch cameras, and welcome those showing up a little late. There are some other tasks that may come up from time to time. If you’re interested, please let Pastor Bryan know.
BUILDING FUND | Just like with your home, our church building requires regular maintenance, upkeep, and repair. If you'd like to financially support our effort to maintain our church building and help cover the costs to care for the property around our building, you can contribute to our "Building Fund" online by visiting https://onrealm.org/rlc/give/now. Be sure to select the "Building Fund" option in the dropdown menu. Or you can make checks out to Redeeming Life Church with "Building Fund" in the memo line.
CAMERA MONITORS | We are looking for volunteers who would be willing to monitor our various security cameras on an iPad during the service. This is a fairly easy way to help care for the church while still being able to engage in the message and enjoy the worship service. If you’d be interested in helping serve in this area, please let Pastor Josiah know.
FELLOWSHIP GROUPS | Looking to join a Fellowship Group? We have various small groups that meet throughout the week. Is God calling you to lead a Fellowship Group? Find more info on Realm or talk with Pastor Bryan to learn more.
YOUR NEXT STEPS | We believe the Christian journey at Redeeming Life Church is a wonderful way for you to grow as a Christian and get involved with our faith-family at Redeeming Life Church.
