While not everyone is called into ministry leadership, some are. If you feel this may be your calling, please contact us and our pastors and staff will follow up with you.
If it's clear that God is calling you to play a part in multiplying churches, our pastoral team will meet with you and assess what we can do to help equip, empower, and encourage God’s calling on your life as well as launch you out.
Jesus modeled an approach to leadership development called disciple-making. He poured his life primarily into three men (Peter, James, John) but He also poured a lot of his time into the other nine disciples.
At Redeeming Life Church, we invest our time in men and women who are faithful, reliable, available, and teachable. These few people will be given the best opportunities to serve and develop as leaders in ministry. There's no application process for this other than you showing up, being faithful for season, and demonstrating you are a person of character and competency.
Lastly, if you can't lead and influence without a title, you'll never effectively lead with one.
In John 20:21, Jesus informs us that as He was sent to the earth to fulfill His Father's will, we too are now being "sent" by Jesus to accomplish the Father's will where we live, work, play, and do business.
Pastor Brett is our Pastor of Mobilization and if you're interested in making an impact in your community we'd encourage you to grab coffee with him.
We are passionate about developing pastors and church planters who will continue to multiply the Kingdom in Utah and beyond. We do this primarily because this is the example set before us in the New Testament, especially Acts and the epistles.
We currently have a Pastoral Residence program that seeks to holistically equip potential candidates for an effective and healthy ministry in an existing church or in planting a new church.
If you're interested in applying for our Pastoral Residence program please contact us.
